The Atmel 512 Kbit two-wire serial EEPROM with 1/2 memory write-protect, supports up to four devices on single two-wire bus. The EEPROM is organized as 65K x 8 bits. Optimized for automortive applications where low-power and low-voltage operations are essential. The EEPROM is available in 8-lead, space-saving packaging options, and 1.8V (1.8V to 3.6V) and 2.5V (2.5V to 5.5V) versions.
