Multi-chip PLL receiver device in an SO20 package, specifically developed for RF low-cost data transmission systems with data rates from 1 kBaud to 10 kBaud in Manchester or Bi-phase code. The frequency receiving range is 902 to 928MHz, the highest integration level in the market, and an IF bandwidth of 600kHz. Works with the Atmel PLL RF transmitter T5750. Main applications include telemetering, security technology and keyless entry/go systems.
