Multichip PLL ASK/FSK receiver device in an SSO20 package specially developed for low-cost RF data transmission systems with data rates from 1kBit/s to10 kBbit/s in Manchester or Bi-phase code. The device supports logarithmic RSSI output, pin compatible to ATA5723C and ATA5724C. The receiving frequency range is 868MHz to 870MHz. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C. Main applications include remote keyless-entry (RKE), tire pressure monitoring (TPM), telemetering, and security technology systems.
