32-bit AVR flash microcontroller featuring 512KB Flash, 68KB SRAM is designed for industrial and automotive control applications, optimized for fast communication and motor control. The AT32UC3C0512CAU is the Audio version of the AT32UC3C0512C. It allows the execution of Atmel licensed Audio firmware IPs.
