The Atmel 64Kbit two-wire Serial EEPROM with upper quadrant memory write-protect, supports up to eight devices on a single two-wire bus. The EEPROM is organized as 8192 words x 8 bits. It is optimized for automotive applications where low-power and low-voltage operations are essential. The EEPROM is available in 8-lead, space-saving packaging options, and 2.7 (VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V) versions.
