Description
The RTC6609 is a GaAs PHEMT SPDT antenna switch operating in 0.1-6GHz frequency range. The low insertion loss, high isolation and low DC power consumption make it ideal to be applied in wireless application for WLAN, and IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n transmit / receive function.
