Description
The RTC6605 is a GaAs high isolation PHEMT SP3T antenna switch operating in 0.5-2.5GHz frequency range. The switch features low insertion loss and high isolation, make it ideal to be applied in wireless application for WLAN, Bluetooth® and IEEE 802.11b/g transmit / receive function.
